We, the creators, do not encourage any visitors to attempt or participate in any of these illegal activities seen on this site. TERMINATION: We, The LS Staff, reserve the right to terminate your account at anytime if you break the rules provided. This ruling cannot be disputed and refunds will not be issues on any purchases made if your termination was a direct result of breaking the rules. 3.) RULES: You agree to follow the rules stated within the games rulebook. You also agree to any penalties that may result in breaking those rules, including but not limited to account termination, suspension, and permanent banning. 4.) CHEATING: Cheating is the violation of game rules (see http://leavingscars.com/index.php?x=help) or the exploitation of a game bug. A bug is a glitch in the game coding which allows a player to exploit and modify the game with the exploit found. When this occurs you, the player, are obligated to file a report immediately to the customer service email at support@leavingscars.com and discontinue and abuse of the bug immediately. If you continue to use the bug for your own gain, it is considered exploitation and you will be punished for doing so. Punishments for exploitation include account termination, account suspension, permanent banning, prosecution in a court of law. 5.) ACCOUNT UPGRADES: You are allowed to purchase account upgrade using real money (USD). These upgrades include, but are not limited to extra game turns, and 30-day subscriptions. You are guaranteed to get whatever you paid for, however, if found cheating, violating the TOS Policy, or harrasing players in a personal manner you will lose your purchases and may be denied a refund.
